- I'm crawling! It's more like an army crawl since I still don't lift my tummy off the ground. But I can go surprisingly fast and far by dragging my body across the floor. If I do get my tummy off the ground, I will lunge forward, but haven't figured out how to put it all together yet.
- I stick out my tongue on demand. If Mom or Dad stick their tongue out, I'll respond by sticking my own tongue out and making raspberry sounds. Then I'll start cracking up at what I just did.
- I also clap my hands together on demand. Another trick learned at day care. I've also been caught clapping randomly for strangers.
- I give kisses. I started giving them to Johanna and now also give them to Mom and Dad. I'll grab their faces with both my hands and then put my mouth on their cheek or forehead. I don't really know how to kiss yet, so sometimes I'll just leave my mouth there and other times I'll stick my tongue out and do raspberries. At least I have the right idea.
- I've started trying to pull myself up. Whether it's leaning against something or trying to bear crawl, I'll do anything to feel the weight on my legs.
- New favorite finger foods. Little cubes of cheese and soft bread. Yum!
