IKEA

Last Monday was a holiday, so we took a trip to IKEA to pick up some stuff. Did I ever mention how much I love IKEA? I even ate my entire serving of mac n' cheese at the cafeteria. Mommy thinks it's a fun place to take me, but it always stresses Daddy out when he has to chase me around a crowded store. Note to parents: never go to IKEA on a busy holiday weekend. It was a zoo. Anyway, we ended up with a few things for me too.

A stepping stool! I wasn't tall enough to reach the microwave in my play kitchen, but now I can! I stood on this stool for a good hour after we came home, opening and closing the microwave door and putting things inside. It is always the first thing I go to when I walk into the room now. $3.99 very well spent.

I also got my own table and chair, which I immediately used for one of my new favorite activities - playing with Play-Doh! I also enjoy eating my snacks here instead of being stuck in the high chair. I feel like such a big girl now.

Finally, Mommy bought another shelf for my room, but I prefer to use it as a hangout spot for me and my friends.
