Mommy had just three simple wishes for Mother's Day this year:
1) Sleep in. Daddy took over morning duty all weekend and Mommy got to sleep in on Saturday AND Sunday. Although sleeping in really just meant sleeping until 8am, since we had swim class on Saturday morning and on Sunday, Mommy just woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. Gone are the days when she used to sleep until noon!
2) Get a much needed mani/pedi. I made it especially easy for Daddy since I took a 2+ hour nap during the entire time she was gone. Everybody got to relax.
3) Go out for ice cream. Check.

Mommy had a great day spending time with the two people she loves most. To her, every day is Mother's Day!
