Summer Picnic

Good times were had by all last weekend at a picnic hosted by the San Mateo Mothers' Club. I got to see my friends Kira, Kyla and Alex again.

There was a bouncy house! Kyla and I were one of the first kids there, so we got to enjoy it all to ourselves for a bit.

There was also a surprise. Teacher Andy from Peninsula Music Together was there to sing songs with us. It's been over a year since I attended a Music Together class, and I loved every minute of it. I got so into it, especially when it was time to play the instruments.

After some music and dancing and a trip to the playground, it was back to the bouncy house!

We all had so much fun in there, we didn't want to leave. We ended up staying until the picnic ended and soon were the only families left. Perfect opportunity for the daddies to jump in!

And then the mommies jumped in too. 

It's hard to tell who had more fun in that bouncy house - the kids or the adults!
