Anson and Mandy's Wedding

We attended Uncle Anson and Auntie Mandy's wedding ceremony at Hycroft, a beautiful mansion in Vancouver. I was lucky enough to be a flower girl, my second flower girl gig in less than two years!  When Mommy first asked me if I wanted to be a flower girl and wear a pretty dress, my response was "yes, like a princess!"

Getting ready shot. Checking myself out in the bathroom.
Practice run before the ceremony.

Considering how both Sebastian and I refused to walk down the aisle during the rehearsal, we ended up doing a great job at the ceremony. It was a very short aisle, so our walk was over before we could realize that everyone was watching us.

Husband and wife!
Photo of the day. Goo Jeff found this rose petal on the ground that someone had stepped on. Either that or those were some really flossy rose petals.
Love how I'm sitting here. So ladylike.

After the ceremony and pictures, we were finally free to run around and get dirty. The venue was full of gardens and grassy lawns, and we wasted no time going to explore.

Mommy must have taken dozens of photos of me to get one decent one of me standing still in my dress and smiling. I just wouldn't cooperate. So instead, here is a photo of me giving my "blue steel" look.

The reception was held downtown at Hawksworth restaurant. Naturally I didn't care to sit through the entire dinner, but some gourmet mac n' cheese, lollipops, apple juice, and the chocolate dessert helped. Whoa that was a lot of sugar. Our night ended up something like this.

Blurry photo, but this is us at around 10pm, lying on the floor and running in place, because we were tired from racing up and down the ballroom corridors.

It was a fun wedding weekend, and it was great to see everyone again!
