Camping in Petaluma

For the third year in a row, we spent Labor Day weekend going camping. We're like camping pros now. This year, we headed back to Petaluma KOA. Most of the weekend was spent at the pool, mixed in with bike riding, bouncy pillow jumping, visiting the playground, and lots of grilling and marshmallow roasting.

I especially had a lot of fun bonding with Caitlyn on this trip. We hung out more than we usually do and had some very deep conversations: "I'm Kaitlyn." "No, I'm Caitlyn!" "No, I'm Kaitlyn!"

There was also a hayride at the campground that we ended up riding three times. It was one of my favorite parts of the weekend (it helped that we all got a Hershey's kiss at the end of the ride).

Making our way to the hayride.
The ride took us past our campground and we were all so excited to wave to the parents.

Camping just gets better and better every time!

The best part of camping is definitely sleeping in the tent.
You give one kid a piggyback ride, and of course all kids must have a piggyback ride too.
